Make every product premium.
AID-IoT adds intelligence to the products you already make — so they sell for more, earn after they ship, and land on premium shelves. We engineer the chip, the firmware, the cloud and the mobile app. Your design stays. The intelligence joins.
One product. Five layers.
Twelve weeks.
Scroll to watch a regular ceiling fan transform into a premium smart product — the same journey we run for every brand.
A ceiling fan. Made of metal and motor.
It works. It cools. ₹1,000 at retail — but invisible online, and silent once it ships.
- Day 0 · Today. A ceiling fan. It works. It cools. It costs ₹1,000 at retail. But it's invisible on Amazon listings ranked by the "smart" filter. And once you ship it, you never hear from the buyer again.
- Week 1–4 · Hardware. We design a tiny PCB that fits inside the cap. ESP32-S3 core, 4-layer PCB, Wi-Fi + BLE, BIS-ready. We custom-engineer the board so it slides into your existing fan canopy. Your industrial design doesn't change by a millimetre.
- Week 3–6 · Firmware. We write the firmware — signed and OTA-ready. FreeRTOS, secure boot, TLS 1.3, MQTT. Schedules, speed control, sleep-mode learning. Updates ship over-the-air for the entire fleet — your in-field product gets better every quarter.
- Week 5–8 · Cloud. We connect it to your own cloud. Multi-tenant MQTT, device shadow, time-series logs, role-based dashboards. Hosted on AWS or self-hosted on your infrastructure. Every fan in the field reports back to you — usage, faults, firmware versions.
- Week 6–9 · App. We build a white-label app for iOS + Android. Your branding, your colors, your icon on the Play Store. BLE pairing, voice control via Alexa & Google, schedules, sleep mode, energy analytics. Plus in-app upsells: filter packs, premium features, extended warranty.
- Week 12+ · Production. Same fan, premium product. Now it can ship as a "smart" SKU at a premium price point — illustratively ₹1,150 vs ₹1,000. The app opens up a recurring revenue line per active user. Marketplaces feature it. Buyers leave reviews because it works on their voice assistant. Same product. Same factory. A premium SKU and a new revenue stream.
Your product is great.
But every buyer now expects it to be smart.
Modern customers won't buy a "regular" geyser, speaker or fan when a connected version exists. And big-box channels — Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket — push smart SKUs first.
Shelf space is shrinking
Marketplaces and retailers now prioritise IoT-enabled SKUs. Non-smart products lose listings, lose ranking, lose visibility.
No recurring revenue
Once the box ships, the revenue stops. Smart products unlock subscriptions, app features, consumables and service contracts.
Zero field intelligence
You don't know how, where, or when your product fails. Smart devices give you live diagnostics, usage analytics and proactive support.
Building an IoT stack in-house takes 18–24 months and a multi-crore team of embedded, cloud, mobile, AI and security engineers.
There is a faster way.
One partner.
From silicon to smartphone.
We own every layer of the IoT stack. You stay focused on your product, brand and channels.
From idea to mass production in 12 weeks.
Built in India, manufactured in India, deployed worldwide.
If it has power,
we make it premium.
From living rooms to factories, from EV stations to hospitals. Same enclosure. New revenue stream.

Fielded with India's hardest customers.
If our hardware survives the Ministry of Defence, it'll survive your customer's living room.
Five reasons we're
structurally different.
Most "IoT companies" outsource half their stack. We own all of it.
One vendor, one contract
PCB to mobile app under a single SOW. No finger-pointing between hardware and software vendors.
Your brand · your IP
White-label app, your cloud subdomain, your enclosure. You own everything — we just build it.
Made in India, costed for India
PCB BOMs in INR, no FOREX surprises, GeM-listed for government buyers, Make-in-India compliant.
Defence-grade security
The same crypto, signed-boot and self-hosted stack we ship to the MoD is in your consumer product.
12 weeks. Not 12 months.
From kickoff to pilot in a single quarter. Mass-production-ready before competitors finish their RFP.
Answers, before you ask.
Do I need to redesign my product?
No. We design the PCB to fit inside your existing enclosure — your industrial design stays exactly as it is. We've done this with speakers, fans, geysers and vending machines.
How long does it take?
Typical timeline is 12 weeks from kickoff to pilot. Discovery in week 1, prototype in weeks 2–4, app+cloud in weeks 5–8, pilot and certification in weeks 9–11, mass production from week 12+.
What does it cost?
Engagements typically start at ₹15–25 lakhs for an MVP, with per-unit BOM cost depending on connectivity (BLE-only is cheapest; cellular+NavIC is highest). Production runs of 5,000+ units bring per-unit cost down sharply.
Who owns the IP?
You do. The PCB design, firmware, mobile app and cloud configuration delivered for your project are your IP. We retain reusable library / platform components — never anything specific to your product.
Do you support global certifications?
Yes — BIS (India), FCC (US), CE (EU), RoHS, AIS-140 (India fleet), MIL-STD-810G (defence). We design with target certification in mind from day one and partner with accredited labs.
We're not a hardware brand — we're a service company. Can you still help?
Absolutely. If you operate fleets, vending estates, factories or any field assets, we can connect what you already own — without you having to manufacture anything. Our IIoT Bridge slots into existing equipment via Modbus / RS-485.
Show us your product.
We'll show you the smart version.
30 minutes. No slides. Bring a photo of your product (or just describe it) — we'll walk you through how it becomes connected, what the BOM looks like, and what it'll take to ship.
